Optimization & Expansion

In 2012, EV Construction completed the original medical office building on this site in Holland, Michigan. Now, over a decade later, we are returning to help Corewell grow and enhance its services for the Holland community. The project includes 60,000 square feet of renovated space and a 40,000-square-foot expansion. The updated space will give Corewell Health the ability to introduce new services, reconfigure existing areas for improved efficiency, and refresh interiors to better serve patients and staff.

Deep Foundations

Construction activity continues to move forward steadily, with several key milestones achieved over the past week and more groundwork being laid for upcoming phases. On Monday, VanLaan Concrete successfully completed the next portion of the foundation wall. This marks another important step in establishing the structural base of the project, keeping foundation work on track and aligned with the overall schedule.
